I have sent the maintainer (hdv at dto punt tudelft punt nl) my
xml-ified version (available at http://www.lacocina.nl/gnu/).

Nope, I renamed the file to lacocina-rabobank-article.xml for cvs
reasons.

After reinstalling the docbook-dssl, caspar and jade packages, caspar now 
works, except for the html output. I use saxom to create that.
