open source lawyers and/or universities in Europe?

Hi,

For a project (no, cannot disclose anything yet) I'm looking for a 
university with a law faculty with experience in copyright law and 
patent law, preferably already knowledgeable on open source topics.

I know the usual US guys:
- lawrence lessig
- eben moglen
- etc,

But for this project I need European representatives.
Are there any *known* institutes on this topic in Europe?
Suggestions where to look?
