I wonder if these ISP's ever read their own Acceptable Use Policies... Extract from the one of the luxembourgish P&T (http://www.luxdsl.lu/pdf/userguidelines.pdf): System abuse is strictly prohibited. Actions which constitute system abuse include, but are not limited to: · attempting, in any way, to interfere with or deny service to any user or any host on the Internet; So if you connect on my port 25, I must accept the TCP connection, and merrily serve any SMTP transaction you engage in? The same for HTTP proxying requests, file "sharing" requests, etc. "Obviously" what is meant is "don't engage in a Denial of Service attack", but well... Their AUP still wins the prize of the most stupid one :)
